Scott Street Vicarage ConversionPublished on Wed 6th Aug 2008
Plans have been approved by the City Council for the Vicarage on Scott Street to be converted into 15 separate flats. Scott Street residents signed a petition against this proposal. Freemen Ward Councillor Dale Keeling wrote an objection to the plans. He said, "This is disappointing news, I feel the Council has made a mistake and in my opinion the area will be over developed." The Labour councillor for the area voted in favour of the plans.
