Dale Keeling receives the award for his work on the Saffron Estate

Councillor Dale Keeling has become the first City Councillor to receive a SAFTA!

Safta's are awards given to volunteers and inspirational neighbours in the Saffron area, 67 volunteers and six inspirational neighbours received the award on the night, including Dale Keeling, who has been the City Councillor for the area since 2003.

Dale said, "It was a total surprise, I was asked to give awards out to winners not knowing that one was ready for me, thank you very much."
