Scott Kennedy Lount with the dumped caravan on the Old Invincible site in Eyres Monsell

Local Lib Dem campaigners Joan Garrity and Scott Kennedy Lount have successfully petitioned the City Council to clean up the Old Invincible Pub site in Eyres Monsell. They understand that the City Council are pursuing a Section 215 for the building to be demolished.

Recently a disused caravan was dumped on the car park, but thanks to Joan and Scott notifying the Council, Council officers have posted notices for owners of site to remove it - this legal document will take 15 days to come into effect.

Update: The ownership of the site has now changed hands and is owned by Strawcross, who will inherit the Section 215 and tidy site notices.
