Tory plans to extend Lincoln home

Permission was expected to be granted for the Conservative candidate in the Leicester South byelection to extend his home at a meeting of Lincoln City Council's Development Control Committee this week.

The candidate, who lives in Lincoln, has applied for a three storey rear extension.
