Liberal Democrat controlled Leicester City Council has given the green light to a £800 000 plan to improve the Central Bus Station for Leicester City Centre - St Margaret's. The scheme will see various improvements made, including -

  • construction of a new enquiry office

  • expansion of the existing National Express office

  • new toilet facilities

  • new cycle racks

  • imported and expanded cafe

  • new left luggage lockers

  • electronic information boards
