Deputy Lord Mayor Blackmore!

Roger Blackmore

Western Park Councillor Roger Blackmore was elected Deputy Lord mayor last night.

He will be the Deputy Lord Mayor for the civic year 2008/2009. Western Park fellow Lib Dem Councillor Peter Coley said, " I was delighted to propose Roger for this post. As a former leader of the council and my co-councillor for many years it is a job he will do extremely well."
